Indian...

The best use for a leg of roast lamb is curry. The meet is not as tender as others so does better after a long simmer, and it is so cheep! Tonight I paid $6 for 1.5kg of lamb! How good is that, it was reduced and had a scrape off the top of the plastic wrap which brought it down, but that I think was done by me anyway when I picked it up. (I didn't ask for the discount, the manager saw it and said to take $2 off the price. I wasn't about to say no... So $12 curry for about 5 people. Sounds good to me!

Ingredients;
3 large onions,
3 large tomatos,
2 t spoons of carroway seeds crushed
4 star anise
1 t spoon garam masala
2 t spoons paprika
3 bay leaves
1.5 kg meat
water
cook for about 15 hours after seering the cubed meat.
